Equipment maintenance tips before holidays:

Open the accordion cover of the screw guide and check the lubrication of the screw guide, remove any waste or wastewater inside, and manually apply oil to the screw guide. Be sure to clean it with clean kerosene or alcohol first, and then apply clean guide rail oil with oil.
After filling the oil, create a program to run the machine tool at its maximum stroke for half an hour, and intermittently let the oiling machine fill the oil (press the RESET button on the oiling machine). Shutdown after completion.
Pour out the cutting water from the water tank to keep the machine tool dry.
Clean the interior and exterior of the machine tool.
Cut off external power sources, including other external power sources.
Clean the cutting edge of the tool, apply it with a guide rail, and wrap it with cling film or paper to prevent rust from affecting the accuracy of use.
Clean the inner wall hole of the spindle tool with a clean, dust-free cloth first, and then apply a layer of guide rail oil.
Pay attention to waterproofing, dust-proof, moisture-proof, and rodent proof measures to prevent damage to the wiring of the machine tool& Nbsp;

Tips for using devices after holidays:

1. Before starting up, roughly check if the wiring is damaged by rodents. Take timely measures to handle the situation< Br/>
2. After starting up, first create a program to run the machine at its maximum stroke for half an hour, and intermittently let the oiling machine pump oil (press the RESET button of the oiling machine)< Br/>
3. During idle operation of the machine tool, slowly increase the spindle speed from low to high and gradually increase it to the common speed. Specifically, 60000 rpm is increased from 10000 rpm idle for 10 minutes to 20000 rpm for 5 minutes to 30000 rpm for 5 minutes to common rpm for 5 minutes.
